Quality and Operations
Quality Management
How quality management systems are talked about, without pretending a short course certifies your company to ISO 9001.
What this page is — and is not
Tanith Academy does not award PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Scrum.org, IIBA, AWS, Microsoft, CompTIA, ACCA, CIM or GRI credentials. We prepare candidates. Where a cohort is delivered by an authorized partner, that provider is named. A Tanith certificate of completion or participation is not the external professional certification.
What the certification is
- ISO 9001 is a standard for organisations, audited by accredited certification bodies. A person does not “become ISO 9001” by attending a class. This programme teaches the language of process, evidence and improvement so you can work intelligently with a quality lead or an auditor.
Issuing organization
- No single issuer — ISO guidance is published by ISO, certification of organisations is done by accredited registrars
Professional benefits
- You can read a procedure, spot a gap and speak to an auditor without theatre.
Eligibility
- None.
Prerequisites
- None.
Examination
- There is no ISO personal licence attached to this course.
Official exam fees are charged by the issuing body and are not included unless a cohort states otherwise.
Training format
- Instructor-led workshop, often inside a corporate engagement.
Training provider
- Tanith Academy. Participation certificate only.
